What to Expect at Seller Appointments

Appointment Reminders & Expectations

  • Pick-up appointments must be scheduled within the 28278 or 28273 zip codes. If you are not in one of these areas, please join the waitlist to receive information on our pop-up events.

  • 45 minutes is the standard appointment time, though it may take up to 60 minutes for large lots.

  • If items or clothing carry a smoke odor, they will not be accepted.

  • Items that are not accepted will remain with you.

  • Payments are made at the end of your appointment via Venmo or Square.

Before Your Appointment

  • Wash and prep your items. Clothing should be fresh. Gear should be wiped down.

  • Sort items by size and pieces where possible.

  • Sign the seller agreement prior to your appointment time.

Items We're Looking For

  • Children's apparel sizes preemie through 5T, all seasons

  • Maternity apparel, all sizes, all stages, nursing wear

  • Strollers, carriers, high chairs, bouncers, swings, monitors, diaper bags. All items must be in working condition with all required parts

  • Bibs, swaddles, blankets, hats, books, shoes

  • Toys in good, working condition with all required parts

Items Not Accepted

  • Car seats or booster seats regardless of condition

  • Cribs

  • Feeding accessories, including but not limited to bottles, nipples, and pacifiers

  • Baby food or formula, supplements, or medications

  • Items with visible stains, odors, mold, damage, or missing parts

  • Adult clothing

  • Household items

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I sell just a few items? Minimum appointment is 20+ items. For smaller lots, bring them to one of our pop-ups.

  • Will you tell me the price of each item? No. I will make one offer for the full lot. Pricing each item individually doubles the appointment time and rarely changes the total.

  • Can I sell items I bought used myself? Yes, as long as you currently own them and they meet our condition standards.

  • What if I disagree with the offer? You can decline any or all of the offer. All offers are made without pressure.

  • Do you offer store credit? Not yet. Store credit will be available in the future. Until then, all payments are cash via Venmo or Square.

  • What if I have furniture or larger items? Nursery and large furniture is currently not accepted.
